Trap, Neuter, Release
Feral Cat Program
The TNR program was created and is run by Liz Lynch. It is a free service to trap feral cats; have them spayed or neutered, and return them after recovery.
As of the end of 2019, the TNR program resulted in 2,085 feral cats being spayed or neutered. It is a humane way to help control feral cat populations.
